1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 cup chopped walnuts 1 cup flaked coconut 1 cup maraschino cherries, diced 1 cup vegetable oil 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 cups mashed very ripe banana 2 cups white sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 3 cups all-purpose flour 3 eggs, beaten ¾ teaspoon salt
