1 bunch fresh parsley, minced 1 bunch green onions, diced 1 carrot, peeled and diced 1 onion, diced 1 parsnip, peeled and cubed 1 russet potato, peeled and diced 1 small turnip, peeled and diced 1 sweet potato, peeled and diced 1 tablespoon coconut oil 1 tablespoon freeze-dried chives 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes 10 ounces deli pastrami, diced 6 ounces cooked chorizo sausage, diced 6 small bratwurst sausages, casings removed salt and ground black pepper to taste ½ cup sour cream ½ large head savoy cabbage, thinly sliced
