- ½ red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- ½ lime, juiced
- 1 ½ cups diced pineapple
- 2 teaspoons white sugar, or to taste
