Ingredients
- 1 (5 ounce) can tuna in water, drained
- 1 (6 ounce) package crumbled garlic and herb feta cheese
- 3 hearts of romaine lettuce, torn into pieces
- 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ cup chopped fresh mint leaves
- salt and pepper to taste
