- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped

- 2 (32 fluid ounce) containers vegetable stock
- 1 smoked ham bone
- 2 (14.5 ounce) cans white beans, rinsed and drained
