  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 1 zucchini, diced

  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 6 bell peppers, tops cut off and seeded
