  • 1 teaspoon salt, divided
  • ¼ crushed red pepper
  • 1 (15 ounce) container part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen diced butternut squash, thawed
