- 1 cup water
- 1 (16 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mushrooms, minced
- ½ onion, minced

- ¼ cup fresh parsley, minced
- 2 large eggs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
