- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- ⅓ cup water
- 3 large potatoes, cubed
- 3 large carrots, cubed
- 3 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 each 12-inch pie crusts
- 1 ½ cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
