- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 drops sesame oil, or to taste
- ¼ cup diced onion
- ¼ cup shredded carrots
- 2 scallions, white and light green parts, sliced
- ½ cup cubed, fully cooked ham
- ⅓ cup chopped kimchi
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chile paste)
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
